Rebecca D. Eissenova

Rebecca Eissenova has been a passionate advocate for immigrants' rights since long before she became a lawyer.  At the Law Offices of Matthew H. Green, she channels her passion into vigorous representation of every client every day.

Ms. Eissenova is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, cum laude, where she received repeated recognition for her devotion to the rights of underserved populations. She has volunteered with groups insisting on humane treatment at the Mexico border and groups giving voices to victims of domestic violence.  Her early legal training came from a year working at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, where she focused on family-based immigration, asylum, and visas for immigrant victims of crime.  She also gained experience in waivers and removal defense at a small immigration firm in St. Louis, Missouri.

Immediately prior to moving to Arizona, Ms. Eissenova was the legal clerk for the seven trial judges in Bennington County, Vermont.  Among other things, she assisted the judges in ruling on complex criminal cases, from pre-trial evidentiary concerns to post-conviction relief.

Upon coming to Tucson in 2015, Ms. Eissenova joined the Law Offices of Matthew H. Green and has been thrilled to represent clients from around the world. She works in court and out to prevent her clients' deportation.  She also helps people gain visas, residency, and citizenship through a variety of methods.  Perhaps her most experience is in asylum, family immigration, and visas for victims of violence or crime.  But for Ms. Eissenova every client is important, and every case deserves careful research and dedication.
